Mini Reflective Practice

Reflection is a vital and important part of developing self-mastery. Self-mastery - high self-esteem, behavioural flexibility, empathy, and insight - is a fundamental skill in professional practice.

Creating a reflective practice does not need to be time consuming and difficult. The key is simply to start doing it! Here are some questions that might inspire you to get under way:
• What do you aspire to?
• What excites you?
• What fulfills you?

Had you considered that your values are reflected in your calendar?
Ask yourself:
• Where are you investing yourself?
• Where will you invest yourself?

Schedule your time first.
Prioritise and hold onto your time.
